On Sunday, May 7, 2023, from 10 am to 4 pm, the Monrovia Historic Preservation Group will host its 39th annual tour of vintage homes. This will be the first in-person home tour in Monrovia since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. The line-up of homes this year is one worthy of a return to in-person touring and offers residents and visitors alike an excellent glimpse of the wealth of our architectural heritage. The tour homes include:
- An 1887 Queen Anne (Eastlake) Victorian, HL#25, last time on tour 2011
- A large 1923 Craftsman, recently landmarked, HL #160, first time on tour
- A 1931 Spanish Colonial Revival, HL #89, first time on tour
- A 1913 Craftsman, HL #130, first time on tour
- An 1885 Eastlake Victorian, HL#4, last time on tour 1997
